What are perennials? Unlike annual bedding plants, Perennials regrow every year.
Herbaceous perennials are plants which are used to fill in the spaces between shrubs and trees in a border. These plants are either evergreen or deciduous and used for their attractive foliage or flowers. Perennials cost more than bedding plants but as they regrow each year, you are sure to get your money’s worth out of them.
